Terex Finlay Impact Crusher

The Terex Finlay I-1312 impact crusher plant features high throughput and large reduction ratio, plus rapid setup. The multiple-speed impactor is designed for primary and secondary crushing of concrete/asphalt rubble and limestone. The I-1312 utilizes a high performance Cedarapids 5048LP impact crusher with a large discharge opening and standard 3-bar or optional 4-bar configuration.  


Other standard features include hydrostatic drive and advanced electronic control system, hydraulically assisted apron setting, grizzly feeder with integral pre-screeTerex Finlay I-1312 Impact Crusher Plantn, selectable discharge to bypass or main conveyor, and dust suppression on main conveyor. Hopper capacity is 11.7yd3 and has hydraulically folding sides, 5/8-in. hardox side walls and tapered grizzly apertures.  Integral 5-ft. x 4-ft. screen, heavy-duty counter rotating shafts, oiled bearings. Advanced CANBUS compliant control system with large display screen. Five simple operating modes (track, manual, automatic, configuration and language) with menu-driven graphic user interface. Detachable doglead control for tracking or optional full-function radio remote. Other options include bypass conveyor, overband magnet, belt weigher, extra dust cover for discharge conveyor, hydraulic water pump, re-circulation conveyor, tracked or wheeled undercarriage, CAT C13 (Tier 3) engine.

 

Maintenance/access platforms are provided for all key areas around the impactor chamber, drive system and power unit. The main conveyor can be lowered hydraulically for maintenance.
