JLG Super Compact Telehandler

The JLG G5-18A super compact telehandler for the construction, landscape and agricultural markets combines operator comfort and machine maneuverability with lift capacity and reach to create a versatile and powerful compact telehandler. The unit boasts a 5,500-pound maximum lifting capacity and 1,850-pound capacity at the fully extended reach of 11 feet. The machine comes standard with three operator-selectable steering modes including four-wheel circle, four-wheel crab and two-wheel steering. The 126-inch turning radius makes it a top choice for confined or congested work areas

JLG Super Compact TelehandlerLandscapers will find this compact model ideal for transporting pallets of sod, stone, and brick; for loading and unloading mulch; for transporting large nursery stock; and for a multitude of other tasks. The G5-18A's 18-foot maximum boom height and over 10 feet of reach allows the operator to access hard to reach areas such as over retaining walls and deep into enclosed trucks and flat beds. The compact dimensions of the machine, 146-inches long by 71-inches wide by 77-inches high, make it a great choice in difficult to maneuver work sites such as parking garages and multi-story construction. At a gross vehicle weight of under 11,000 lbs, the G5-18A can be lifted by crane at most job sites for use on higher-level floors.

The G5-18A is offered with several available attachments including general purpose bucket, light material bucket, grapple bucket, various carriages, crane hook making it an ideal machine for jobs that previously required several different types of equipment. The G5-18A can even be configured to accommodate skid steer attachments.
