Skanska Promotes Utsey To Senior Vice President

Skanska USA Building Inc. has announced the promotion of Robert Utsey to senior vice president of business development. Utsey joined Skanska in 2000 with more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. While overseeing sales in all four Florida offices, Utsey has managed a $1-million annual sales budget while simultaneously guiding the Florida operations to win more than $2.4 billion of new work, all within the past four years.
