The Middlesex Corporation, Littleton, Mass., with offices in Connecticut and Florida, has announced that Robert W. Pereira II has been promoted to president and chief operating officer. Over the past several years, he served as vice president paving and then senior vice president of The Middlesex Companies.

The company also announced the promotions of Robert L. Mabardy as president northeast/general manager; Alfred S. Aponas, president southeast; David K. Skerrett as senior vice president construction northeast; Robert N. Jacobson as senior vice president finance/CFO; and David P. Socci as senior vice president estimating.
