Terracon Consultants, Inc. has promoted C. Harold Cobb, P.E., to division manager overseeing the firm's offices in Houston, League City, Lufkin, Conroe, and Brazos Valley. Mr. Cobb joined Terracon in 1997 as the Houston office manager and is a senior principal with the firm.

Terracon has also promoted Jeffrey C. Roberts, P.E., to Houston office manager, providing oversight of the office's daily operations, including approximately 160 employees, as well as project management and client development. Roberts joined Terracon in 1999 as the office's construction materials services manager and is a senior principal with the firm.

Alfonzo Hernandez, P.E., has been promoted to manager of construction materials services and testing. Hernandez joined Terracon in 1999 as a project manager in the construction materials services and testing department and is a principal in the firm.

In addition, five engineers with Terracon Consultants, Inc. have obtained registered professional engineer designations: Prasad Rajulu, P.E.; Eeshani Sood, P.E.; John Guida, P.E.; Krishna Jonnalagadda, P.E.; and Ather Mohiuddin, P.E.
