Ulland Brothers, Inc., Cloquet, Minnesota, purchased the assets of Midwest Boring and Underground in Esko, Minnesota, a horizontal drilling contractor specializing in sewer, water and gas fields. Midwest Boring and Underground, established in 1998, performs trench work for local governments and other contractors. Its official name becomes Midwest Boring and Underground division of Ulland Brothers, Inc. Ulland Brothers works in grading, water and sewer, asphalt paving and aggregate processing; it also has offices in Hibbing and Albert Lea, Minnesota.
