Armed with gloves and garbage bags, more than 60 participants led by Groth Design Group helped to pick up debris along the banks of Cedarburg's Cedar Creek earlier this spring.

Cedarburg was one of 36 locations participating in the Friends of Milwaukee's Rivers annual River Cleanup. The team filled about 40 to 50 garbage bags, and also found a sewer pipe and a case of wine.
