Snyder Langston, of Southern California, is constructing a 5-star hotel at the Resort at Pelican Hill, near Newport Beach, CA. On behalf of The Irvine Company, Snyder Langston is working on a total of 127,622 square feet, which includes the hotel core, spa and pool grill. The architect is Altevers Associates. This portion of the resort is slated for an October 2008 completion with a projected opening in December 2008.

The Resort at Pelican Hill project includes a 204-room hotel, a residence club with 128 villas, a new golf clubhouse, restaurants, a luxurious spa, meeting rooms, and specialty shops. Perched above the Pacific Ocean on the Newport Coast, the project features sweeping, 180-degree coastal views.
