New HQ for Riggs Cat

Staff -- Construction News, 8/4/2008

Riggs Cat HQThe team at Riggs Cat in Little Rock, AR, is looking forward to serving their customers from a brand new facility for parts, service, rental, and sales. Nabholz Construction is building the new headquarters for Riggs at the same location where the dealership has been located for 50 years.

"As a member of the Arkansas business community since 1927, Riggs Cat is proud and excited to finally begin construction of our long-awaited new headquarters," said John Riggs IV, company president.

The old facility had evolved over time into more of a campus with various departments and service functions in different buildings, and they had outgrown their parts warehouse capacity.

The new facility, upon completion, will have a common counter area for parts and rental personnel. Machine sales personnel will also be located off the parts and rental lobby for easier customer access. Two "super bays" for service operations and offices will increase Riggs' capability for service and repairs.

"It will be much more convenient for our customers," said John Riggs IV.
