Bobcat Plus Opens New Locations

Milwaukee-area Bobcat dealer now serves Fox Valley, Green Bay, and other parts of northeastern Wisconsin

Story by Mike Larson, Editor -- Western Builder, 8/18/2008

Bobcat Plus, Butler, WI, has expanded its territory and now serves the Fox River Valley, Green Bay, and other parts of northeastern Wisconsin from its new locations in De Pere and Appleton.

The new location in De Pere is on Mid Valley road, along the west side of U.S. Hwy. 41, just a short way north of the Scheuring Road exit.

Bobcat Plus owner Steve Folkman is spending two days a week in the De Pere office and its Appleton branch office to establish relationships with customers in the new territory and to lead the teams at the new facilities in meeting their specific needs.

Says Folkman, "One key to Bobcat Plus' long-term success in its original Milwaukee location has been making customer service a top priority. We are bringing that same focus to our new operations in De Pere and Appleton. Bobcat customers in the area will see better customer service than ever before."

"We have a knowledgeable team made up of people who have years of experience with this kind of equipment and the customers who use it," says Folkman. "That kind of knowledge, coupled with a strong emphasis on meeting customer needs, will help Bobcat customers get the best performance and productivity from the equipment they rent or buy."

Working together, Bobcat Plus' three locations carry an inventory that includes a complete line of Bobcat models and dozens of attachments. Says Folkman, "Between the three locations, we have everything readily available, and moving things between stores is quick, thanks to the interstate highway."

Bobcat Plus' growing inventory of more than 50 attachments include augers, rotary cutters, buckets, land planes, grapples, landscape rakes, pallet forks, pavement planers, scrapers, sweepers, tillers, trenchers, utility forks, vibratory rollers, and a host of others.

The new Bobcat Plus locations also sell or rent a wide variety of trailers for hauling equipment.

The new offices also carry parts, supplies and accessories. Equipment maintenance and service are provided both at fully equipped shops in the facilities, and by a mobile service truck that carries all the equipment, parts and supplies needed to handle nearly any service or repair right on a customer's site. It is on call around the clock seven days a week.
