Bolingbrook, IL— Graycor Construction Co. Inc. (Graycor Construction), a subsidiary of the Graycor family of companies, announces that six buildings it recently constructed for The Promenade Bolingbrook — a 1.1-million-square-foot open-air, main street-style town center located on 160 acres in Bolingbrook — have all been awarded LEED certification.

Graycor Construction was a member of the team, led by owner Forest City, which submitted information for core and shell LEED certification. The project was evaluated on criteria related to sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, environmental quality, and innovation and design process.
