Hubing Joins R.A. Smith National

R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, WI, has added Robert Hubing as construction services manager in the Construction Services Division, which provides construction oversight for urban and rural highways, bridges, other structures, and utilities.

Hubing has 36 years of experience with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), where he was responsible for administering and directing the construction and design of major complex transportation facilities. His recent experience includes serving as a mega project manager for the Marquette Interchange Reconstruction Project in Milwaukee.

Hubing has a bachelor's degree in applied science and engineering with an emphasis on structures from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
