Holden Joins MSA

-- Western Builder, 9/1/2008

David Holden has joined the Madison, WI, office of MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA) as an associate planner.

His experience includes working with public and private clients to provide community, transportation and sustainable development planning and policy.

Before joining MSA, Holden was a planner for state planning and transportation departments in Sydney, Australia. While there, he worked on community and comprehensive planning, as well as the development of green building, and transport and land use planning policies.

More recently, he worked for a consulting firm in New York City, focusing on pedestrian, bicycle, bus-rapid transit, and transit-oriented development plans, and suburban and downtown parking management solutions.

Holden earned a master's degree in urban affairs from Hunter College, New York City, and a bachelor's degree in economic and urban geography from the University of Sydney, Australia.
