The Board of Managers has appointed Bruce D. Nipp, P.E. as president of Infrastructure Group Texas, LLC (IGT). Nipp has over 23 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering, including eight years in the private sector serving as director of transportation/Texas area manager, and 15 years with the Texas DOT in Amarillo.

Nipp has managed numerous transportation related projects involving all stages of development and construction, from preliminary planning; environmental assessments; public involvement; schematic design; plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E); and construction management. His experience includes all project delivery types including design/build.
