Tuesday Governor Schwarzenegger signed into law a $103.2 billion 2008-2009 State Budget. It was 85 days late—a record. No one seems to be happy with it, and apparently much of the same partisan in-fighting will be seen in the following year’s budget.
The newly signed budget can be viewed at www.ebudget.ca.gov/
