Approximately 70 percent, or 550,000 square feet of Livonia Mall in Livonia, MI, is being demolished. The property will be redeveloped. Adamo Demolition Company, of Detroit, MI, is the demolition contractor for the project. The Sears and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores will remain. Environmental remediation began in January, and demolition work is scheduled to be completed by June.
