Description:
The work specified under this Contract shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform replacement of existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment at various locations along Florida's Turnpike System in the South Region. ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS WORK. THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. AT THE POMPANO OPERATIONS CENTER #4759 ANNEX BUILDING ROOM # 2103, FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE, MILEPOST 65. A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class “A or B”) or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
