The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose and replace the roofing system of Leesburg Administration Building #5453 located at Florida's Turnpike Mainline (SR 91), Milepost 288. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) and/or sub-contractor shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Prospective bidders who wish to visit the site will need to contact Mr. Albeiro Munoz at (407) 264-3310 or via email albeiro.munoz@dot.state.fl.us for scheduling. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT
