The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose and replace the roofing systems of various buildings in the South Region. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) and/or sub-contractor shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Prospective bidders who wish to visit the site will need to contact Mr. Eric Feldmeier at (954) 934-1264 or via email eric.feldmeier@dot.state.fl.us for scheduling. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT
