The Improvements under this Contract consist of improvements on SR/582 Fowler Ave that include project wide bike lane enhancements, the installation of two midblock pedestrian signals at 14th St and 17th St, constructing a new wide sidewalk, and milling/resurfacing the existing travel lanes from Bruce B. Downs Blvd to 50th St. The work also includes a 14-ft. wide paved emergency access connection from the FDOT District 7 Headquarters to 46th St. This project is located in Hillsborough County.
