ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS WORK. THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2025, AT 11:00 A.M. AT THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, TURNPIKE HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX, BUILDING 5315, LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF THE TURKEY LAKE SERVICE PLAZA, FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE, MILEPOST 263.0, OCOEE, FLORIDA. A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
