The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey replacement of one (1) existing 160 KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) located at Boca Tolls Data Center, Florida's Turnpike, Exit 75. ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS WORK. THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, JULY 6, 2026, AT 3:00 P.M. AT THE BOCA TOLLS DATA CENTER, CONFERENCE ROOM # 136, LOCATED AT 7941 GLADES ROAD, BOCA RATON, FLORIDA 33434. A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) or subcontractor shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Electrical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Prospective bidders who wish to visit the site will need to contact Mr. Dan Walker at (321) 459-4621 or via email dan.walker@dot.state.fl.us for scheduling.
