PERFORMANCE AESTHETICS FDOT District Five Proposal ID No.: E59D5 Financial ID Number: 422042-7-72-03 Counties: Seminole and Orange Calendar Days: 548 Days Technical and Price Proposals will be accepted tin accordance with the Request for Proposal. Bid Express may not be used for this project. The work under this Performance-Based Contract consists of determining work needs, performing the work and continually delivering results that meet performance criteria as specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining mitered end sections, and performance aesthetics to include turf management, litter removal, roadside and slope mowing including ditches and ponds, manual and mechanical street sweeping, edging curbs and sidewalks, tree trimming and removal, fence and handrail repair, cleaning drainage structures, and landscape maintenance. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating work efforts with local municipalities and organizations under Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and monitoring Landscape Agreements in Orange and Seminole Counties. This is a Lump Sum Contract with only one pay item listed in the Contract. All references to payment under individual pay item numbers, regardless of where those references are contained in the Contract Documents or when in time any such pay item reference is incorporated in the Contract Documents, are superseded by the pay item references in this Special Provision.
