This is a Lump Sum Contract to supply materials, equipment, labor and Incidentals to mill, place and compact asphalt concrete, replace Thermoplastic striping and RPM's at areas specified in this contract within the Lake City Operations area. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the pay items listed. EXPERIENCE IN ASPHALT PAVING (FORM 850-070-01) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID.
