This project includes three 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties, one 2 year concrete surface coating warranty, one 5 year bridge deck overlay performance warranty, and one 2 year bridge coating warranty. This project is an Alternate Pavement Bid project. Alternate 1 (Section 2) is an HMA Alternative and includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. Alternate 2 (Section 3) is a Concrete Alternative and includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. ** 184501 B or 184501 Cb or 184501 Ea **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications Ea, Fa and either B or Cb.
