DOT&PF 7-Mile Building: Miscellaneous Mechanical Upgrades This state funded project includes replacing five rooftop exhaust fans, installing vehicle exhaust units, replacing and installing duct work, plugging floor vehicle exhaust inlets, upgrading to direct digital controls, and associated electrical work. Demolition and installation work will require HAZMAT remediation. The contract includes a Basic Bid and four (4) Additive Alternate items.
