SPOKANE CREEK ROAD (S-284) This project is located on Secondary Highway 284, in Lewis & Clark and Jefferson Counties. This project to scrub seal Spokane Creek Road from the connection at the intersection with Highway 12, and continue North to its intersection with Canyon Ferry Road. The project continues east on Canyon Ferry Road past the S-curves near mile marker 7. The deck of the bridge over the Helena Valley Canal will be sealed. New signing and pavement markings will be included.
