This project will be constructed with an innovative contracting method, Fixed Price-Variable Scope, to extend the project limits to include a maximum of 0.76 mi to the west to Youngs Road. This is a Local Agency project. ** 612 Cb or 612 Ea **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb and Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
