Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Highway Department, by and through the Board of Commissioners of Boone County, Indiana; hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, will receive sealed bids for the following project: Project # 2021-12 Replacement of Small Structure SC015 with Bridge No. 21 Boone County, Indiana Proposals may be forwarded individually by registered mail or delivered in person, addressed to the Boone County Commissioners, 116 W. Washington St. Lebanon, Indiana 46052, prior to 8:30 a.m., April 17th, 2023. Bids received after the 8:30 a.m. deadline will not be considered but will be returned to the bidder unopened. All proposals will be received by the OWNER at a public meeting held in the Boone County Office Building in Lebanon, Indiana, Connie Lamar Meeting Room, #105, and opened and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. local time, April 17th, 2023.
