Notice is hereby given that DeKalb County, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, will receive sealed bids for the construction of : Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 57, CR 40 over Metcalf Ditch Stafford Township DeKalb County, Indiana Sealed proposals will be received at the Auditor’s Office, DeKalb County Courthouse, 100 Main St, Auburn, IN, until 10:00 a.m., on May 22, 2023. Bids received after the 10:00 a.m. deadline will not be considered but will be returned to the bidder unopened. All proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the County Commissioner’s Meeting at approximately 10:30 a.m. on May 22, 2023. Only proposals from those CONTRACTORS who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation’s current listing of Prequalified Contractors for item E(C) “Bridge Deck Overlay and Minor Bridge Repair” will be considered. Any bids submitted by CONTRACTORS not approved for this item on the list will be returned to the bidder unopened.
