Sealed Bids for the Town of Russiaville, Indiana, Interurban Depot Interior Renovation Phase1 Project, will be received by the Town of Russiaville (Owner) at the Town Hall of the Town of Russiaville, located at 250 North Union Street, Russiaville, IN 46979, between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, (Local Time), on January 23, 2023; at 5:00 PM on January 23, 2023 the Bids will be publicly opened and read. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF RUSSIAVILLE, INDIANA, INTERURBAN DEPOT INTERIOR RENOVATION PHASE 1 PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected.
