M-100 Resurfacing, Traffic Signal Modernization, RRFB installation, and OH Flasher installation 3.45 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing including widening, traffic signal modernization, rectangular rapid flashing beacon installation, overhead flashing beacon installation, sidewalk ramp upgrades, signing and pavement markings, on M-100 from Strange Highway to Willow Highway and on M-100 and M-43 (Jefferson Street) at Taylor and M-21 at Hollister in the cities of Grand Ledge and Ovid, Eaton and Clinton Counties. ** 1747 Cb **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of L. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
