System Preservation (Restoration/Rehab/Resurface) The proposed project is located in Cochise County on State Route 10B between mileposts 339.46 and 340.82 and State Route 186 between mileposts 326.55 and 327.49, in Willcox. The work consists of removing the existing asphaltic concrete surface course by milling and replacing it with new asphaltic concrete. The work also includes replacing existing sidewalks, pavement markings, and other related work.
