HARLEM - NORTH (S-241/S-338) This project is located in Blain County. Beginning at Secondary 241, locally known as Lincoln Road, N. Main St, Central Avenue E. and Turner Road, continuing North, and includes Secondary 331, locally known as Hogeland Road. A layer of rejuvenating emulsion and rock chips applied to the existing roadway to help seal the cracks. The entirety of Turner Road (approximately 43 miles) from Harlem to Canada and the entire paved section of Hogeland Road (approximately 15 miles) will receive this treatment. Signing and pavement markings will be replaced and the bridge deck over Woody Island Creek will be resealed.
