HANGING WOMAN CK - 2M S BIRNEY This project replaces the existing Bridge over Hanging Woman Creek located in Rosebud County on Hanging Woman Creek Road approximately 2 miles south of Birney. The work will involve the construction of a new bridge structure and the reconstruction of the roadway approaching the new structure for 0.1 miles. An on-site, single lane detour bridge will be constructed to maintain traffic while the new structure and roadwork are being constructed.
