Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the name and address of the Bidder, and clearly identified: SEALED BID: Billericay Park Public Works Operations Barn Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City of Fishers at the Department of Public Works, 10212 Eller Road Fishers, Indiana 46038, at 9:00 AM, local time, June 9, 2023.
