Juneau Non-NHS Chip Seal 22 The Contractor will construct a crushed asphalt base course (CABC) on Glacier Highway From Bessie Creek to Echo Cove while maintaining the existing geometry, dimensions, line and grades.The CABC will consists of the existing asphalt surface treatment and base course. Additional Aggregate Base Course, Grading D-1 may be required to restore the original grade.
