Notice is hereby given, that the City of Kendallville, Noble County, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bid packets for the historic renovation of eight (8) building façades located in downtown Kendallville. Sealed bids must be received by the City of Kendallville no later than 1:30 P.M. (Local Time) on March 23, 2023. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to the Kendallville Clerk-Treasurer’s office located at 234 South Main Street, Kendallville, IN 46755. The Clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Please make sure the outside of the bid packet states: “BID FOR FAÇADE BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS”. All bids will be time stamped upon receipt. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened.
