Hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, bridge rehabilitation with approach work and pavement markings. 4.94 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, pavement repairs, concrete curb and gutter repairs, drainage improvements, concrete patching, sidewalk ramp upgrades, traffic signals, signing, bridge rehabilitation including healer/sealer, partial painting, bearing replacement, superstructure repair, substructure repair, pressure relief joints, concrete surface coating and pavement markings on M-102 from east of M-1 to M-53 and M-102 and I-75 N Ramp Winchester over I-75 in the cities of Detroit, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Oak Park and Warren, Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. This project includes a 5 year and a 3 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty and a 2 year concrete surface coating warranty. This project is an OJT VIP project. Please see Special Provision for Preparation and Consideration of Bids on On-The-Job Training Voluntary Incentive Program Projects. ** 46122 Cb or 46122 Comb/Jt. B, Ba, Ea** In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, Ea, and J. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
