Roadway reconstruction with ramp extensions and drainage improvements and preventive maintenance on 10 bridges. 12.72 mi of mainline and ramp alternate bid pavement reconstruction and hot mix asphalt overlay with alternate bid pavement reconstruction including drainage improvements, guardrail, signing, pavement marking, ITS, roundabout construction, lighting and bridge preventive maintenance on 10 structures on I-94 from the Jackson/Calhoun County Line easterly to M-60, under Gibbs Road and M-99, at Michigan Avenue and Dearing Road in the cities of Parma and Jackson, Jackson County. This project includes three 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties, a 2 year performance warranty for concrete surface coating and a 5 year performance warranty for thin epoxy polymer bridge deck overlay. Alternate 1 is hot mix asphalt road work with related items and Alternate 2 is concrete road work with related items. This project also contains Alternate Technical Concepts for Maintenance of Traffic.
