Concrete reconstruction, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, guardrail work and bridge replacement and rehabilitation. 8.92 mi of concrete reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, culverts, sewer, drainage, steel piling, steel sheet piling, cofferdams, guardrail work, signage, pavement markings and bridge replacement with 72 inch by 49 inch prestressed concrete bulb-tee, rehabilitation of 7 structures and several precast concrete culverts on I-696 from I-275 to Lahser Road in the cities of Farmington Hills and Southfield, Oakland County. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty, a 2 year concrete surface warranty, a 2 year bridge coating warranty and a 5 year thin epoxy polymer bridge deck overlay warranty. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 9:00 am at the MDOT Oakland Transportation Service Center, 800 Van Guard Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48431 or a hybrid virtual Microsoft Teams meeting option. All prospective bidders must attend one of these options to be considered eligible to bid.
