Upgrading existing underground stormdrain system from 2- 9’x6’ culverts to 3-10’x9’ box culverts including roadwayreconstruction, curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches as applicable andwithin available funding. Additionally, El Montan Street will be reconstructedto restore street flow capacity and curb height, with sidewalks, driveways andother necessary items with available funding.
