ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL Kroeschell announces this year marks the 50th year of service for three senior level executives. Edward Swietek, Richard Pruchniak, and Sidney Frisch began their careers at Kroeschell in 1965, and throughout five decades, they have dedicated themselves to the growth of the company.

After 13 years of engineering, Swietek was promoted to the Service Department as Assistant Vice-President with 20 servicemen under his supervision. In 1990, he was promoted to Vice President and elected as a member of the Board of Directors, and in 1996, he became President/CEO of Kroeschell, Inc., a position he continues to hold today.
Richard Pruchniak began his career as a Pipefitter Apprentice. In his 50 years with the company, he has worked at every level of installation in the field from Journeyman to Job Superintendent. Sidney Frisch graduated from the University of Illinois in 1962 and received his law degree in 1965. He followed in his father's footsteps, who had been representing Kroeschell since the mid 1930's, and became General Counsel for Kroeschell upon graduating. He has directly participated in the formation of the Kroeschell ESOP and the creation of Ontario Indemnity Group SPC. He incorporated, and is the Managing Member of the 3206 Kennicott LLC and has participated in the structuring of the smooth transition of four different Owner/Management groups, including changing the management structure from Board Managed to Executive Committee Managed. He is currently a Vice President and Assistant Secretary.
Swietek, Pruchniak and Frisch have a combined 150 years of dedication to Kroeschell. In honor of their exceptional milestone, Kroeschell held a 150th anniversary gala at the new Estate by Gene and Georgetti's in Rosemont, Illinois. The celebration took the men back in time to the year they started at Kroeschell, 1965. With casino table games and music from some of the biggest mid-60s hits, the night brought back some very fond memories from the past.
