Bobcat of Roanoke Holds a Service Clinic for Customers

ROANOKE, VA Bobcat of Roanoke recently held a service clinic at their location in Virginia. A representative from Bobcat along with a representative from the North Carolina Department of Transportation both spoke to the crowd of customers and contractors. Lunch was provided along with prizes given out during the event as well as Bobcat apparel. 

Bobcat of Roanoke, which is one of three Bobcat dealerships owned by Piedmont Bobcat hosted the event. Mike Halvorsen, the recently appointed Branch Manager was on site along with Sales Specialist Lydon Lilly to answer questions about Bobcat as well as general questions all customers tend to have. 

The main presentation was focused on new Bobcat servicing techniques as well as maintenance do's and don'ts that will help each piece of equipment perform to its fullest potential. A Q&A session was held where information was provided by Bobcats rep. along with input from others in attendance on max towing weights, safety measures for transporting equipment and safety when operating equipment on a job site. 

The Service Clinic was a successful way of communicating solutions to common problems and questions customers encounter at job sites daily. Attendees walked away with specific information on topics like equipment safety, service tips and transportation guidelines for construction equipment.
