TULSA, OK  Flintco received a Build Oklahoma award from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) for its work on the new Hogan Assessments office building located in the historic Greenwood district in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ceremony was held at the Hyatt Regency in Tulsa.

"We are very excited that this project was selected as one of the best in Oklahoma," said Dave Kollmann, Division President of Flintco. "The Hogan Assessments building is a blend of industrial and modern and was a highly visible, challenging project. Our staff, working in collaboration with Selser Schaefer Architects and the Hogan team, showed tremendous dedication to deliver this facility."

Throughout the past decade, Hogan, a research-based personality assessment firm, has experienced rapid growth in its employee base and global distributorship. The new 35,000-square-foot headquarters better accommodates the organization's Tulsa workforce, and provides much-needed space to educate and entertain partners and clients from around the world. The building features a glass curtainwall, open workspaces, raised access flooring and a green roof overlooking downtown.

According to AGC, the Build Oklahoma project awards represent the "best of the best" commercial building projects for the year. An independent panel of judges review nominations and make their selections based upon strict criteria.
