National Association of Women in Construction Host Blood Drive in Honor of Women in Construction Week
LITTLE ROCK, AR In honor of Women in Construction (WIC) Week (March 6-12, 2016), the Greater Little Rock Chapter of the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) is participating in a NATIONWIDE Blood Drive on March 14, 2016.
The Blood Drive will be from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company (1000 Capitol Ave, Little Rock, AR 72201). It is open to the public and we ask that you please consider joining us to help save a life!

For more than 55 years, NAWIC has helped women take advantage of the opportunities in construction. Whether you want to embark on a new career, establish a networking base, be a mentor/mentee, make a difference in your community, continue your education, or invest in great friendships, NAWIC offers a variety of opportunities large and small. The Greater Little Rock Chapter is the 12th chapter chartered of NAWIC.
The focus of Women in Construction Week is to highlight women as a visible component of the construction industry. The Greater Little Rock Chapter will be hosting several events for their members starting with the Governor's Proclamation on March 7, 2016.
