DES PLAINES, IL The Missner Group announces that the firm has completed an office build-out for the Quantum Group at 6420 Howard Street in Niles, Illinois, within the Howard Industrial Center, an industrial/warehouse joint-development of The Missner Group and Principal Real Estate Investors.

Quantum Group is a marketing firm specializing in print, digital and social media strategy and solutions. The firm is opening an 82,000-square-foot warehouse space within the Howard Industrial Center to accommodate its growing operations. Quantum Group selected The Missner Group, which originally constructed the 430,000-square-foot, two-building complex and has completed numerous tenant build-outs at the property since, to construct the firm's new offices within the space.

Bob Nomellini was the Project Executive, Marc Duchon was the Project Manager and Bill Uchyn was the Project Superintendent for the Quantum Group build-out. Harris Architects provided the architectural services. Principal Real Estate Investors maintains ownership of the development, with The Missner Group acting as asset and property manager.
