TULSA, OK Crossland Construction Company, Inc.'s work earned recognition at this year's Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association's (MBCEA) Awards Conference. The Tulsa Transmission Line and Station Service Center won Winner of Excellence in the Specialty Category, and the Dixieland Warehouse won Winner of Excellence in the Warehouse Category.  Crossland's team accepted these awards on May 18th at the 48th Annual MBCEA Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The MBCEA award entries are judged by an outside panel of judges in multiple categories.  One Winner of Excellence is given in each category. Crossland submitted entries in the Specialty and Manufacturing categories, taking home Winner of Excellence Awards in both.

"We are honored to receive the MBCEA Winner of Excellence Awards for these projects. They are just two representations of the hard work and dedication our employees put forth to achieve quality projects.  It is a privilege to be a part of building our communities and to be recognized for a job well done," said Greg Smith, Vice President - Tulsa Division

This Design/Build project has $1.6 million of erected steel. Crossland crews self-performed earthwork and concrete, as well as the installation of site utilities.
