BENTONVILLE, AR BRR Architecture announces Doug Livingston and Jon Gripka as the newest Associates to BRR's leadership team.

Doug Livingston, AIA, recently joined the BRR Architecture team as an Associate, and brings 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining BRR, he spent the last 11 years working on the client side in the grocery and retail markets. His firsthand experience managing a brand's physical adaptation to the building environment is an essential asset to both our project teams and clients. Day to day, he works with multiple grocery account teams to create and implement design solutions that achieve client goals, as well as consider what customers want and store employees need.

Jon Gripka, AIA, has been promoted to BRR's leadership team as an Associate and Director of Design. He works with multiple teams across the firm to provide high-level design services for grocery, retail, hospitality, industrial and office environments projects. In his six years with the firm, Gripka has been critical to the continual evolution and implementation of our design process, and played an essential role in developing BRR's brand standards for conceptual design presentations.
