Crescenzo Joins Levin Management as Construction Project Manager
NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ Levin Management, one of the nation's leading retail real estate services firms, announces that Leonard "Len" J. Crescenzo of New Albany, Pennsylvania, joins the company as Construction Project Manager. The North Plainfield, New Jersey, -based organization maintains a diverse 95-property, 13 million-square-foot shopping center portfolio primarily centered in the Northeast.
Crescenzo brings more than 25 years of retail construction experience spanning numerous asset classes to his new position, ranging from ground-up shopping center development, multi-retail/big-box stores and restaurants, to commercial and industrial construction. At Levin, he will oversee construction-related projects throughout the company's southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina portfolio.

Prior to joining Levin Management, Crescenzo held Senior Operator, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Construction positions at Nine Energy Service/CDK Perforating, National Maintenance and Build Out Co., and Tristate Venture L.P./Fameco Real Estate.
He earned technical certification in mechanical and electrical drafting from Camden County Community College; and technical certification in construction estimating, methods and materials from Rutgers University. Active in his community, Crescenzo is Past-President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Sullivan County Kiwanis Club, and is a volunteer with Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Sullivan County.
Levin's construction-related services range from fitting out individual tenant spaces to renovating, redeveloping, and expanding a wide variety of retail and other commercial properties, according to Roy D. Vice, Levin's Vice-President of Construction and Development.
